2️⃣Many athletes tilted their heads back when sprinting. Tilting your head back causes your body to lose momentum from the drive phase. Keep your head tilted forward! ⏩
3️⃣Engage your core to keep your back straight, but not too straight! If you keep yourself too upright, you’ll lose momentum. So keep your back almost straight by engaging your core🏃
