The Tennis Speed CD and the Wall Chart are companions to the Tennis Speed training program.
The printed version of the TENNIS speed training manual with resistance bands has everything you need to achieve the highest level of speed training results.
However since it’s easier for many people to learn the exercises by watching them and listening to the instructions at the same time we have made this CD available to buyers of the training manual.
The CD does not contain all the useful information provided in the printed training manual to help acheive optimal results. It is intended to be used as a complimentary aid in learning to do the exercises.
The CD has videos of all of the exercises described in the training manual.
Each video demonstrates exactly how to perform an exercise along with step by step audio instructions. Each video also has the written instructions along side the video so you can follow along.
This means you can feel confident you are performing each exercise properly to get the most speed out of your muscles.
An additional video teaches how to know when to add more resistance and how to use multiple bands together to increase the resistance.
The CD has other handy features as well:
- Illustrations identify the muscles and muscle groups used for each exercise and show what movements the muscles are used for. Get familiar with the muscles and the names of the muscles you are training and how they are used.
- Download and print the Training Schedule, Training Tips, and Progress Chart for handy reference. This will make it easier than referring to the printed manual to check the schedule for each day’s exercises and to chart your progress.
- Includes tips for including the speed training program into your strength training routine.
- Runs in all windows PC Computers. (Not currently available for Apple computers).
The handsome 18″ X 24″ inch wall chart shows all of the exercise positions (not shown here) for easy reference.
Once you have learned the exercises and are comfortable doing them, the Wall Chart becomes super handy to remember each exercise, how it is done and which days to do each one. It will be the only reference you need to continue doing the workouts on schedule each day.
The chart shows the final position for each one of the 10 exercises and which day of the week each exercise should be done, along with basic instructions.
It identifies the page in the manual where each exercise is described in case you want to refer back to the exercise details in the manual.
The wall chart has a section that is very handy for keeping track of speed improvements and resistance levels.
Place the Wall Chart in the area where you do the exercises so you’ll know which exercises to do that day and to chart your progress as you continue to get faster.
This is a CD, not a DVD. It plays in Windows PC Computers.
It can not be viewed using an Apple device or DVD player.
